Qi and others,

 

I have uploaded 0966r4 in which I included NOTE below. It turns out that 11be already mandates (see 35.3.14.3) setting only one of the bits in the Link ID. I went ahead and made the same sentence into a NOTE for our section.

 

I would like to run a SP during IEEE meeting next week so that we can move forward.

 

NOTE: Exactly one bit in the Link ID Bitmap subfield of the MLO Link Info element is set to 1 (see 35.3.14.3 (Identification of the intended STA))
