[STDS-802-11-TGBK] [TGbk] Update on comment resolution for SA-I ballot as of 12/18

Dear TGbk,

The original task for the 11bk SA-I ballot resolutions was:

Editorial: 50,  Technical: 28,   Total: 78

The remaining task is:   Technical: 6

These are:

I-10, I-37, I-43, I-44:   Jonathan Segev (in-progress)

I-45, I-57: Roy Want (Marked technical, but really editorial) - targeting Jan 9th meeting.

We are in good shape to have all comments resolved ahead of the January IEEE meeting in Kobe.
