[STDS-802-11-TGBN] TGbn PHY Motion Request



Hi Alfred,

 

Could you please add the following PHY motions to the motion list?

 

-       M1: Move to add the following text to the TGbn SFD (DCN# 11-24/1097r1)

n  For a DRU transmission, a new 4x UHR-LTF sequence is defined in each distribution bandwidth

u  A 4x UHR-LTF sequence has coefficients on all tones overlapped with DRU tones defined in each distribution bandwidth

n  Result: no objection

 

-       M2: to add the following text to the TGbn SFD (DCN# 11-24/1097r1)

n  In a PPDU using DRUs, a UHR-LTF sequence corresponding to the distribution bandwidth of the DRUs is used regardless of the PPDU bandwidth

n  Result: no objection

 

-       M3: Move to add the following text to the TGbn SFD (DCN# 11-24/1471r3)

n  For 80 MHz PPDU where one of the 20 MHz channels is punctured, the following distribution bandwidth mode is allowed for DRU

u  20 MHz + 40 MHz (or 40 MHz + 20 MHz) mode

n  Result: no objection

 

-       M4: Move to add the following text to the TGbn SFD

n  For 160 MHz and 320 MHz PPDUs, in an 80 MHz frequency subblock where one of the 20 MHz channels is punctured, the following distribution bandwidth mode is allowed for DRU

u  20 MHz + 40 MHz (or 40 MHz + 20 MHz) mode

n  Result: no objection

 

-       M5: Move to add the following text to the TGbn SFD

n  For 160 MHz and 320 MHz PPDUs, in an 80 MHz frequency subblock where one of the 40 MHz channels is punctured (i.e., either 1100 or 0011 case), the following distribution bandwidth mode is allowed for DRU

u  40 MHz mode

n  Y/N/A: 46/12/16

 

-       M6: Move to add the following text to the TGbn SFD

n  For a 40 MHz PPDU, the following distribution bandwidth mode is allowed for DRU

u  Only 40 MHz mode

n  Result: no objection
