According to the comments on Thursday Joint teleconference, we need further discussion on the changes in the PDT-Joint-MlME-SAP doc. If i remember correctly, the comments are as below:
1.Do we need a new MLME SAP interface to specify the enablement/disablement of UHR xxx operation(e.g., dynamic power save/dynamic unavailability operation)?
Yan : the EML operating mode notification has been defined in 11be D7.0 ,which has simliar function as the proposed UHR xxx notification. Therefore, i decide to add this for 11bn. @Mark @Binita
2. A couple of suggestions for the Description in some MLME primitive
Yan : I double check the relevant text in 11be. Basically i would like to keep same description style with 11be. I see Mark has some concern on it. We can discuss more on this @Mark @Alfred
3. The UHR xxx notification frame has been proposed in both PDT-coexistence and PDT-power save, but the name of this term is different in your docs.
Yan : please make some consensus on the name of it(e.g, UHR operating mode notification) @Laurent @Liwen

Hi all,
We can discuss more details for the relevant changes for MLME-SAP.
Firstly i would like to quote the EML operating mode notification in Table 6-1 MLME SAP interface in 11be_D7.0. However, my pure intention is that EML operaing mode notification has been defined, then we propose a similar UHR operating mode notification. Therefore, i add such interface for UHR operating mode notification.
