• An AP that is capable of Non-Primary Channel Access (NPCA) announces at most one NPCA Primary channel
• NPCA Primary channel is in AP's BSS operating channel width
• NPCA Primary channel is not a punctured 20 MHz subchannel (as indicated in EHT Operation element)
• Details on signaling is TBD
Hi Matthew,
I have a question on r20.
In pdt-mac-npca r20, the channel allocations in the corresponding band are assumed to be known to STAs for NPCA primary channel switching conditions a) and b). However, there is no related text regarding the channel allocations in the passed NPCA motion text. Is there any specific reason why STAs are assumed to be aware of the channel allocations? Since there is a case that STAs are not aware of the channel allocations in the corresponding band, this scenario also needs to be addressed. What is your opinion on this?
Best regards,
Gwangho
