Hi Haorui,

    Thanks for your contribution and SP on fairness and NPCA topic.  According to your contribution, i have some comments as below:

    1. what's the fairness issue?  

        Basically based on the use case in silde 3, the STA1 still can not communicate with AP1 even if the AP1 does not switch to NPCA PCH, because the AP is influenced by the OBSS. Moreover, the NPCA operation increases the utilization of medium, which brings additional benefit for STA2 while no harm for STA1

    2. what does "NPCA STAs participating in the TXOP" mean in your SP?

        do you want to describe the use case that  one STA performing frame exchange with AP suddenly detects an OBSS PPDU(slide 7)?  I feels confused that why the OBSS PPDU around the STA can be transmitted since the the STA has performing frame exchange and the OBSS one should follow the channel access rule to set NAV

Could you add the following SP for NPCA in the queue?

Do you agree to add the following context to 11bn SFD：

For channel access fairness of all the STAs in one BSS, only the NPCA STAs participating in the TXOP perform NPCA.

Supporting list: [24/1688]
