[STDS-802-11-TGBN] Proposed text changes

Hi Morteza,

In the latest DSO CR (2359 R13), it says:

(#6713, 10570, 9984, 9983, 12494, 12300) An AP MLD that has an affiliated DSO AP may transmit an unsolicited UHR OMP response, via an affiliated AP, to a non-AP MLD that has an affiliated DSO non-AP STA with DSO mode enabled to recommend the reassignment of the DSO subband. If a non-AP STA affiliated with the same non-AP MLD receives an unsolicited UHR OMP response that is recommending a DSO subband different from the currently assigned DSO subband, a non-AP STA affiliated with the same non-AP MLD shall transmit a UHR OMP confirm. If the DSO non-AP STA rejects the recommended DSO subband, the DSO AP and DSO non-AP STA shall continue to operate with the previously assigned DSO subband.

The current wording does not clearly identify the logical source and destination of the messages. The proposed rephrasing clarifies these entities and the role of affiliated APs and non-AP STAs in transmitting and receiving the frames (underlining is used only to highlight the key entities).

A DSO AP affiliated with an AP MLD may transmit an unsolicited UHR OMP Response via any AP affiliated with the AP MLD to any non-AP STA affiliated with a non-AP MLD for a DSO non-AP STA with DSO mode enabled to recommend reassignment of the DSO subband. If the DSO non-AP STA accepts the recommended DSO subband, it shall transmit a UHR OMP Confirm via any non-AP STA affiliated with the non-AP MLD to any AP affiliated with the AP MLD for the DSO AP. If the DSO non-AP STA rejects the recommended DSO subband, the DSO AP and the DSO non-AP STA shall continue to operate using the previously assigned DSO subband.

BR,
Kerstin
