A preliminary agenda for the coming TC on May 27 is uploaded to the mentor server.

I have not received any new submissions after Warsaw meeting, and the 3 pending submissions in MAC list are requested to deferred to later TCs. So in the TC on May 27, we will focus on the updated SFD and spec skeleton draft. If there's no much controversial discuss on the spec skeleton draft, I'll call for PoC/TTT for each topic to develop PDTs after the discussion. The deadline of calling for PoC is Jun 16 and the PoCs will be assigned or determined during the TC on Jun 17.

Some principles for the PDT development to generate 11bp D0.1:
  1. The PDT development is organized in a PoC/TTT format. 
  2. The PDT is the proposed draft text, which is used to generate the 11bp D0.1.
  3. The PDT proposal will be submitted to TGbp for review and motion. Only motion-approved PDTs are used to generate D0.1.
  4. There will be one PoC for one topic but multiple TTT members for the same topic.
  5. The PoC is the coordinator to develop the PDT of specific topic, together with the TTT members, by email discussion on reflector.
  6. The PoC could assign part of the PDT content development to TTT members to save developing time.
  7. The PoC should harmonize TTT members' comments into the PDT development, and submit a merged PDT to the TG. Before submitting a merged PDT to the TG, the PoC should remind the TTT members to review the PDT revision ready for submission, and leave reasonable time for TTT members to review and feedback.
  8. All discussion is encouraged to use the reflector, since we're not a very big group.
  9. Please refer to existing 802.11 spec draft for a normative language style we used in 802.11 spec. The Editor is responsible to incorporate all motion-approved PDTs to generate D0.1, following 802.11 editorial style.
  10. After the PoCs are assigned/decided, the PDT development starts. At the same time, the technical contributions are still open for discussion. We wil allocate time slots for both technical contributions and PDT proposals in future meetings and teleconferences.

With this email, I'd like to remind you of coming TGbp TC on May 27 and call for submissions for the teleconference. 

As usual, in the TC we will review the updated SFD incorporating approved motions in Warsaw meeting. We will also review the latest spec skeleton doc and PDT topics. Then we will discuss potential submissions. 

The agenda of the TC will be uploaded to the server soon.
