Here is a proposed NOTE for the resolution of CID 3394:

 

NOTE—For example, the TAG field for a STA with MAC address

AC-DE-48-12-7B-80 is "80:7B:12:48:DE:AC" or "80:7b:12:48:de:ac".

 

(The address is the same address as used in Figure 10—Example EUI-48

in IEEE Std 802-2014.)
