[STDS-802-11-TGM] Updated PHY-SEC adhoc spreadsheet + resolution to CID 4698

Hi all,

I posted the latest PHY-SEC adhoc spreadsheet here:

Also, on the teleconference today, the CRC agreed on the following resolution to CID 4698 (which is included in the above spreadsheet. It is currently marked ready for motion, so please respond if you have comments.

4698 V What is a "SAE exchange" as opposed to "SAE authentication"?  Ditto "FILS exchange" As it says in the comment REVISED (PHY: 2020-04-17 15:58:26Z) -

Replace "use in the SAE exchange" with "use in SAE authentication" in 9.4.1.42 (REVmd/D3.0 p941 l38).

At p2626.37, delete "as part of the FILS exchange"
