What is a "SAE exchange" as opposed to "SAE authentication"?  Ditto "FILS exchange"

As it says in the comment

REVISED (PHY: 2020-04-17 15:58:26Z) - Replace "use in the SAE exchange" with "use in SAE authentication" in 9.4.1.42 (REVmd/D3.0 p941 l38). At p2626.37, delete "as part of the FILS exchange"
