Re the empty box in Figure 12-31—Group key hierarchy, I vaguely recall

I discussed with Jouni and the conclusion was that the GTK has length

TK_bits and hence there was nothing else than the TK (which would imply

no reason to do an L()).  This is to be discussed during the ad hoc next

week.
