CID 3375 suggests changing "Its value is determined by device capabilities."
to "Its value is determined by STA capabilities." in C.3 (MIB), since
otherwise the behaviour is unclear for a device that contains multiple
STAs (which many devices do nowadays, even before 11be MLO).
CID 3514 asks whether there is an IEEE dictionary definition of
"device", and whether 802.11 should have its own definition of the
term (so that "Its value is determined by device capabilities."
works).
