Hi, Edward,
Thank you very much for this.

Resolution for CID 7 results in, for example,
27.3.12.15 Dual carrier modulation

...
DCM is an optional modulation scheme for the HE-SIG-B and Data fields.

Could you please pull CID 7 out and assign to me?  I will think more about how to resolve this CID.

Also, I would like to review CID 257 a bit more.
Would appreciate re-assigning it to me as well.

Regards,
Youhan

Dear all,

Thanks Mark for his further offline comments and Jouni for his comments that I've addressed all of them in revision 2:
https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/25/11-25-1612-02-000m-proposed-resolution-for-revmf-lb289-comments.xlsx

Changes are highlighted in green.

Regards,
Edward

CID 508: Strictly speaking, we do not have an MLME-DISASSOCIATE or MLME-DEAUTHENTICATE primitive. This "transition or receives or invokes an MLME Disassociation or Deauthentication primitive" should be changed to "transition, receives an MLME-DISASSOCIATE.indication or MLME-DEAUTHENTICATE.indication primitive, or invokes an MLME-DISASSOCIATE.request or MLME-DEAUTHENTICATE.request primitive". This type of construction is already used for the AP's SME just below this location (P3336 L49-50). In addition, the order of DISASSOCIATE and DEAUTHENTICATE for this non-AP STA case could be swapped here to be consistent with the AP case below.

Dear Mark,

Thank you very much for your comments.

I've addressed the majority of them.   Please refer to revision 1 of the material as follows:
https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/25/11-25-1612-01-000m-proposed-resolution-for-revmf-lb289-comments.xlsx

Of note is that while I do not address your remaining comment "More generally I suggest examining the ~35 instances of "to a value of" and deleting "a value of" where it's just waffle.  The ones that go "to a value of its choosing" are OK, the ones in TXVECTORs need to be "to the value of".  We can work offline to check the texts and see how these can be improved (as a separate contribution).

Regards,
Edward
