[STDS-802-11] IEEE 802.11 Comment Collection 4 for 802.11af Draft 2.2 Closes Soon

IEEE 802.11(TM) Comment Collection 4

To: IEEE 802.11 Voters,

 

The 802.11 Working Group WG Comments Comment Collection 4 (CC4) is a Comment Collection on the question "Please provide review comments on P802.11af Draft 2.2".

This Comment Collection opened at Thu Nov 29, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 21 days later on Thu Dec 20, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/CC4af/CC4_instructions.html.

 

NOTE - we have recently changed to using the IEEE-SA's ePoll application to support WG Comment Collections.

Please read the instructions (http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/CC4af/CC4_instructions.html) at least once,  as many of the details of how to interact with the tool have changed.

 

Important:

o             This is a 21-day comments collection period.

o             Anybody who has access to the draft may provide comments.

o             You need to vote in order to provide comments, but what you vote does not matter (i.e., has no effect).

o             If you are an 802.11 voter, this comments collection will have no effect on your 802.11 membership, regardless of whether you respond or not.

o             You must follow these instructions to provide comments. Do not send an email to provide comemnts.

o             Providing comments by any method other than the web-based process described here will result in your comments being discarded.

o             The draft is password protected in accordance with IEEE 802 Policies and Procedures.  To obtain the draft, use the username and the password supplied to active members for the 802.11 WG private area.
