[STDS-802-11] Proposed changes to 5Criteria for July 2013.

Please note that there is an effort underway to update the 5 Criteria that accompanies a new project request (PAR).
The latest draft text is now available from the following URLs:

802.11 will discuss these changes July 17 during the mid-week plenary in Geneva.
If you cannot attend, or wish to alert the group to your observations prior to the meeting, please send your comments to the 802.11 reflector used to distribute this notification.
Time to review and adjust the text, if necessary, is short. It is expected that a final version of the revised 5 Criteria will be approved during the Friday July 19 closing 802 plenary meeting.
