The 802.11 ARC Standing Committee is looking for a new Vice Chair, as announced this week in the 802.11 WG plenary sessions, and the ARC SC session.

 

We’d like to express a big “Thank you” to Dave Bagby for his years of service to 802.11 and the ARC SC, as he moves on to bigger and better things.

 

The nominations period for a Vice Chair will open immediately and will close during the ARC session at the November meeting (presumably, Wednesday AM1).  Nominations are to be sent to the ARC e-mail reflector or to the WG reflector.  Self-nominations are welcome.

 

The vote for Vice Chair is scheduled for the ARC session in November.
