[STDS-802-11] Web site updates

Dear all,
           as I'm still based in Beijing I may not be able to update the timeline and sub-group pages as quickly as initially thought. This is due to some ongoing uplink issues that my PC appears to be suffering from.

Therefore I now intend to perform these updates once I return to my office next week. I apologise if this causes anyone any inconvenience.
