[STDS-802-11] P802.11aq 8th Recirculation Ballot Result

Dear 802 EC and 802.11 participants,

The 8th recirculation (this must be a record) for P802.11aq completed recently.

The ballot received a single "meets all editorial requirements" coordination comment from IEEE-SA editorial.
The project has a single unsatisfied voter and a number of presumed to be unsatisfied comments from the RAC.

I don't expect any further changes to be made to the draft,  so I anticipate the project will be brought to the
EC in March for approval to proceed to RevCom,  along with a request to approve a waiver on the RAC comments.
