[STDS-802-11] Website updated for July Vienna Coex Workshop

Is now updated to reflect the 3GPP request in https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/19/11-19-0564-00-0000-liaison-from-3gpp-ran-response-ls-on-invitation-to-coexistence-workshop-in-vienna.docx , notably removal of the 3GPP logo.

Additionally,
- text is added to clarify that the Workshop is for information exchange, not decision making
- Addition of sponsors. Please contact myself or Andrew Myles if you are interested in sponsoring Workshop
- Addition of list of invitees
