Mike Montemurro, who ably and successfully chaired the EHT TIG and SG is not able to continue as TGbe Chair. Many thanks to Mike for his work in leading the EHT groups from "idea" to approved TG in 10 months! Thanks also to everyone who contributed to the discussions and development of the EHT PAR and CSD documents.
Moving now to the TG phase of EHT work, I appoint Alfred Asterjadhi as TGbe Chair. Alfred has served as TGah Vice Chair and TGax Vice Chair, and also stepped in as TGah Chair when Yongho could not attend the TGah sessions. The TGbe chair confirmation motion will be held at the upcoming May meeting.
There is a tremendous amount of exciting work ahead in TGbe, continuing the innovation and ever increasing performance of 802.11 based systems to meet existing and expanded new use cases and applications. I have asked Alfred and Mike to work together to ensure a smooth transition.
