Sorry. Number 4 is just for you. Rich Kennedy rich@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Director & Regulatory Liaison WhiteSpace Alliance rich.kennedy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx From: Rich Kennedy Number 1 is for everyone. Number 2 is just for you. Rich Kennedy rich@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Director & Regulatory Liaison WhiteSpace Alliance rich.kennedy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx From: Dick Roy --- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector --- I note in particular that there seems to be some conflict between item 1 and item 4. Item 1 states "... Designated Person may attend public sessions of IEEE-SA standards development meetings, submit technology proposals for standards, make presentations on proposals, participate in public discussions of technology proposals, submit public comments on standards, ..." While item 4 states " ... , a Designated Person shall not participate in meetings or communications that involve technical discussions. ..." If it is indeed the case that item 4 is referring ONLY to “IEEE-SA Leadership and Governance Meetings” that happen involve technical discussions, this should be made clear. Frankly, it’s hard to imagine leadership or governance meetings that involve technical discussions, however such may be the case. My two cents … RR From: Dorothy Stanley [mailto:dstanley1389@xxxxxxxxx] --- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector --- Dear 802.11 members, Please see the information below.
