Thanks Jon, Several people on yesterday’s call wanted to know whether this attendance would be used for determining WG voting rights (like to 75% attendance requirement during F2F meetings). Can you clarify? Greetings, Just a quick request, to help the secretaries of the various Task Groups, Study Groups and Standing Committees with attendance recording in minutes. When we meet face to face, we use IMAT. When we are on the Teleconferences, the Secretary is obligated to record who attends. When the group is small, it is easy for the Secretary to record who is on the call. For the larger groups, it is more difficult. Please remember to send an email with your name and affiliation to the secretary for each call your on.
Look for the attendance list in the minutes and remind the secretary to include it if the secretary has forgotten. Let's help each other out in complying with the recording requirements.
