Hi Dorothy,

For the purpose of including attendance in the minutes, how can the chair/secretary get access to the names of people who registered through IMAT?

Dear 802.11 members,

 

The IMAT system is now configured to enable attendance recording for teleconferences.

Please see https://imat.ieee.org/attendance . There will be a "802.11 Telecons" entry to select.

 

Please use the IMAT system to record your attendance during teleconferences going forward. Use of this system is intended to be a process improvement, supporting secretaries in their recording of attendees/affiliations for the minutes. If you forget, you can email the chair/secretary. This teleconference attendance recording is NOT for voting rights, simply to enable accurate attendance recording.

 

I'd like to thank especially HT Hsieh for the suggestion to use IMAT, and Robert and Jon for the IMAT configuration. Further suggestions for process improvements are welcome.
