[STDS-802-11] Current Potential Voters gain WG11 voting rights with attendance at the March 2022 session

Dear 802.11 members,

Per the 802 rules, voting rights are granted only at Plenary meetings (March, July, November).

Members who have Potential Voter status coming into the March 2022 session (see https://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/11/members.htm ) obtain voting rights with their attendance at the March session, and thus are valid voters on motions held during the session.
