[STDS-802-11] Appointment of TGbd as CRC under the accelerated process for P802.11bd

Dear 802.11 members,

At the recent March 802 Plenary, the 802 EC granted conditional approval of P802.11bd to SA Ballot.

I delegate resolution of any further comments to TGbd operating as the Comment Resolution Committee, with Bo Sun as Chair of the CRC, using the accelerated process (see 3.9.4 in https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/14/11-14-0629-22-0000-802-11-operations-manual.docx ).

TGbd, operating as the CRC can consider motions on its teleconferences without the 10-day motion notice requirement.
