[STDS-802-11] Liaison received from WBA re: Device Identification [Liaison and WhitePaper]

Dear 802.11 members,

Please see the following 2 documents received from the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA):

https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/22/11-22-0653-00-0000-2022-march-wba-whitepaper-re-device-identification.pdf .

Note that there are confidential markings on the whitepaper, as marked by WBA, indicating use for 802.11 members only. Per IEEE staff, for liaison documents, this is acceptable.

Consideration of these documents is assigned to TGbh, Mark Hamilton Chair.
