Dear 802.11 members,
At the recent 2022 May 802.11 WG Interim, the WG approved formation of 2 new Topic Interest Groups (TIGs), see the motions below.
The nomination period for volunteers to serve as Chair for each of these TIGs has now closed.
I appoint:
(a) Xiaofei Wang (
Xiaofei.wang@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ) as the Chair of the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIML TIG), and
(b) Bo Sun (
sun.bo1@xxxxxxxxxx ) as Chair of the Ambient Power IoT (AMP) TIG.
Congratulations to Xiaofei and Bo, and thank you for your work in the 802.11 Working Group!
Some logistics:
- New document groups are now defined in Mentor for each TIG
- TIGs use the 802.11 WG email reflector for any email (no separate reflector)
- Chairs attend the CAC teleconferences, the next CAC teleconference is Monday June 6 at 9AM Eastern.
