[STDS-802-11] 2023 November WG11 802 LMSC Motions - all approved

I am happy to report that the IEEE 802 LMSC has unanimously approved all of the 802.11 items before it today:
P802.11be Conditional to SA Ballot
P802.11-2020 COR 2 Unconditional to SA Ballot
WG11 Ambient Power SG second recharter and first extension
