RE: stds-802-16-mobile: Handoff and Sleep Mode Ad-hoc: Continuation of discussion

Dear Changhoi,
You can find the document in the TGe upload directory.
The document is a very initial draft which I have uploaded after the previous
meeting for a basis for discussion.
I'm working on a new revision, which will contain some of the decision we have made and some proposals, with the main purpose of being an working document for the following discussion.
I didn't forget your questions, just waiting to finish my document for easier discussion.

Regards,
Itzik.
