RE: stds-802-16-mobile: Uploaded file

Hello all,

If no one has any objection to include Vladimir's contribution into the ad
hoc draft document, then I will proceed and do it.

Since we didn't manage to discuss all the items in the initial list
(although, many of the comments assigned to the ad hoc were resolved), I
propose to continue as follows:
1. I'll upload today the current version of the ad hoc document.
2. We will try to find a time to meet next week and discuss the current
status of the ad hoc work.
3. Since there are still sections which require some filling, contribution
are welcome until Friday 18/07.
4. After the on-line discussion, I will re-issue a new version of the
document which will be reported back to the Tge group.

Please go over the ad hoc draft and provide your suggestions/comments. I
also would like to discuss the new sleep-mode proposal from Ken in this
context.

Regards,
Itzik.
