[STDS-802-16-MOBILE] Clarifications on PUSC/FUSC subcarriers allocations in Uplink and Downlink direction

I am looking forward to some clarifications on how sub-carriers are allocated in PUSC/FUSC mode for uplink as well as downlink
 
1. On 569 equation 107 defines subcarriers allocations for FUSC. There is no equivalent equation defined in sec 8.4.1.2.1.1 for allocating PUSC subcarriers in downlink direction.  But, it refers to same equation 107 where PUSC parameters does not apply directly. Does anyone know how to use equation 107 for downlink PUSC subcarriers calculations?
 
2. Sec 8.4.6.2.3 provides good example of Uplink permutation. Similar example is missing from standards for PUSC/FUSC downlink permutations. Does anyone have similar example available to be shared?
