Dear all HO ad-hoc members,

I have just re-uploaded two old contributions that is remindful of Idle mode handoff discussion at last two meetings

*C802.16e-04_28r1 : Idle handover & location update in 802.16e

*C80216e-04_66 : Location Management for supporting IDLE mode in IEEE P802.16e

I hope these materials to be helpful as the baseline document of Idle HO text when we start discussion in HO ad-hoc.
