[STDS-802-16-MOBILE] Fast Base Station Switch (formerly referred to as Virtual Soft HO) document uploaded

  We have just upload the "Fast Base Station Switch" (formerly referred to
as Virtual Soft HO) document into "IEEE 802.16 TGe Handoff Ad Hoc" directory
for review. This document provides an initial description of the HO
procedure. Thanks.
