Change table and graphs to use same channelization scheme for mid-band and
high-band. Currently one 20MHz plan has 3 mandatory and 2 optional channels
and the other has 4 mandatory channels. Propose using maximum number of
channels than can be reasonably implemented (4 or 5 mandatory) for both
bands.
This will also require that 10 and 5MHz channels are aligned to agree with
any modifications made.
