[Detailed Description of Proposed Insertion, Deletion, Change] Keep the
language in support
of FDD mode, i.e.
"If Frequency Division Duplexing (FDD)is used it will be a recommended
practice to use the
upper frequency band (5725-5825)for base station to subscriber unit
transmission and the
middle frequency band as the return link."
[Reason for Edit] 1) Both TDD and FDD modes are supported in TG1 and TG3. We
should
also allow use of FDD mode in TG4 as well to keep the TG3 and TG4
specifications as similar
as poosible. In addition, 2) when both upper and middle frequency UNII bands
are used, it is more
efficient to use FDD mode.
