Two comments about Vic's note below:
(1) The document URL is:

(2) In the last line, substitute "u" for "*" in the last line {the
word "s*bscribe" is taboo on 802.16 reflectors; this saves you from
seeing a lot of subscription requests erroneously posted to the
reflector.}
