stds-802-16: registration deadline approaching

If you expect to attend Session #7, I urge you to register immediately.

The preregistration deadline is noon (U.S. Eastern Time) on Friday. 
Obviously, we pushed this deadline as far as possible. In order to 
accommodate the hotel on logistical planning, we are going to need 
almost everybody registered earlier.

While 97 people have registered, a number of regular participants have not.

Please check the registration list

status and then use the ten-second form

Note that we aren't asking for payment now; that what makes it so quick.
