stds-802-16: Action Announcement: 802.16 Session #17 (21-25 January)
In accordance with the decision made at our last meeting, IEEE
802.16's Session #17 <http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg17> will take
place at the Hotel Levitunturi
<http://www.hotellilevitunturi.fi/english/conference.html> in Levi,
Finland on 21-25 January 2002. The session runs from 1 pm on Monday
until noon on Friday, though some task groups may meet on Monday
morning or Friday afternoon. The session is hosted by Carl Eklund of
Nokia, which serves as corporate host.
Registration and hotel reservation requests will be made using a
single form. This form is now available:

PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM BY THE DEADLINE OF 19 OCTOBER 2001!
Carl has obtained excellent rates, but your early action is required.
Please make your plans immediately so that you may submit the form by
the deadline.
Note that the registration form describes some nominal cancellation penalties.
The session registration fee is EUR130. This includes broadband
Internet, morning and afternoon coffee, a buffet lunch on
Tuesday-Thursday, and a Wednesday evening social event that will be
hosted by Nokia.
The hotel sleeping room rate is EUR87 for a single, including breakfast.
