stds-802-16: Results of WG Letter Ballot #6

The results of WG Letter Ballot #6 are posted:

The ballot passed, with the following numbers:

Approve      67 (98.5%)
Disapprove    1 [1 Disapprove Comment]
Abstain      13
Return Ratio 68% 

I'll compile the comments in the next day or two. We will need to resolve them in Vancouver and then run a recirculation.

I expect that we will ask the 802 SEC to grant conditional approval (on 12 July) to begin Sponsor Ballot.
