stds-802-16: P802.16.2a/D4 Sponsor Ballot recirc results and comments
The P802.16.2a/D4 Sponsor Ballot ended on Saturday. Here are the results:

Ballots 49 (79%; exceeds the 75% minimum)
Not voting 13
Approve 42 (97.7%; exceeds the 75% minimum)
Disapprove 1
Abstain 6
Since we met the return and approval requirements, all we have left
is comment resolution. We received 3 comments:

Only one of these (#113) is a Disapprove comment. As shown in the
database, all previous comments have been satisfied (except #80, to
which #113 responds).
These comments will be passed to a Ballot Resolution Committee
created at Session #23 (see IEEE 802.16.2a-03/02). The members are
Phil Whitehead, Remi Chayer, Jack Garrison, and Nico van Waes.
