Hyatt Regency DFW is now SOLD OUT - Here's your Next Best Bet !!! Due
to the Hyatt Regency DFW being sold out, we have blocked some
additional guest rooms at the Embassy Suites Outdoor World. They are
located about a mile from the Hyatt Regency. We have arranged a
discount IEEE 802 Group room rate: $119.00 per night plus tax. This
rate includes a made to order breakfast and evening reception for
hotel guests. For information regarding the room features, please
check their website listed below. DO NOT RESERVE ROOMS VIA THE WEB.
You cannot get the group rate for these rooms unless you call them
directly at the number listed below! Rooms are limited, so make your
reservation ASAP!

A shuttle will be available to get back and forth between the Hyatt
Regency and the Embassy Suites Outdoor World. The Hyatt shuttle will
provide transportation to the Embassy Suites, and the Embassy Suites
shuttle will provide transportation to the Hyatt. You can take the
shuttle from either hotel to get to the Airport. All shuttle
transportation listed above is complimentary.
If you are on the 802-Wait-List at the Hyatt and a room opens up, you
can cancel your reservation at the Embassy Suites without penalty up
until 6 PM of arrival date should you wish to take a room at the
Hyatt instead. Just don't forget to cancel or you will be charged.
