stds-802-16: 802 PARs for consideration in July

The 802 Sponsor Executive Committee will be considering five PARs at 
the July Plenary:

Comments to the proposing Working Group are due by 5 pm on Tuesday 
(22 July). Responses are due by 5 pm on Wednesday (23 July).

If you have comments on the non-802.16 PARs, please let me know by 14 
July in case we need to include a topic on the 802.16 Opening Plenary 
agenda.
