stds-802-16: Question on NextXmtTime awareness
Hi, all,
I have a question to the NextXmtTime description. The spec has multiple
sections indicates that a node can know the NextXmtTime of neighbor node
even it is 1-hop away. For example, section 6.4.7.5.4.8, MSH-NCFG Reception
Procedure. ¡°The Next Xmt Time and Xmt Holdoff Time of the transmitting
nodes and all reported nodes are updated." My question is how could a node
know its non-directed neighbor's NextXmtTime.
For example, in a 2-hop EN, A <---> B <-------> C. C only know A's Xmt Mx,
and Xmt Holdoff Exponent via B's NCFG. Since B's NCFG does not indicate when
A sent its last NCFG, so C has no way to know A's NextXmtTime.
I appreciate for any response!
Regards
Steven
