stds-802-16: Minor Quibble with 802.16e-D1

It seems that the
change to the profiles that the AES-CCM 04-12 submission made, got applied to
the wrong table.
The submission
changes [12.3.1.1 ProfM3_PMP, Table 300], but in the draft, "12.3.1.2
ProfM3_Mesh: Basic Packet Mesh MAC System Profile" is what gets
changed.
This is a problem
since it achieves the exact reverse of what was intended, namely 3DES key
exchange mandatory on PMP, RSA on Mesh.
Shall I comment it
in the letter ballot or can it be editorally fixed
beforehand?
