While I can see benefit to having a liaison obtain
and provide reports on the project status of the variety of WG&TG involved
in wireless comm standards endeavors, I think it excessive to subject the entire
16 member community to the entire Plenary administrative process for all of
these groups. I just don't believe that this is a productive and efficient
use of our admittedly constrained time. I would be in favor of assigning a
liaison to provide a '16 update' to the other groups, and provide an overview of
other group activity in a 15 minute 16d/16e joint session.
