Your note is inaccurate. The Working Group vote to establish an ad
hoc committee on coexistence in licensed exempt bands did not affect
the "outcome of the whole meeting". Marianna did state that her view
regarding the P802.16-REVd comment resolution was contingent on the
establishment of the ad hoc committee. However, her view regarding
the comment resolution was nothing more than her view. It did not
affect the "outcome of the meeting" or even the outcome of the
P802.16-REVd ballot. That ballot's approval rate now stands at 59-2.
That's sufficient to proceed to recirculation. 58-3 would have
worked too.
