[STDS-802-16] deadline for visa invitation letter to Session #31 in Shenzhen
Folks,
I would like to remind you of the importance of early action to
obtain a visa for travel to Session #31 in Shenzhen.
Due to the weeklong May Day holiday, ZTE has set a deadline of 28
April for submission of your request for an invitation letter:

I suggest that you not wait that long. You also need to allow time
for processing of your visa application.
