[STDS-802-16] Resolution of Comment 19
Dear BRC Members,
We would like to revise comment 19 and address any technical issues and
concerns that
we may have overlooked. I would like to invite any feedback from the BRC
members who
voted "Reject" so that we can address it in a timely manner before
tomorrow's deadline.
Judging from the number of "approve" votes (24 out of 43), it appears that a
significant number
of members recognize the need to allow 11-bit FSN for non ARQ CIDs,
therefore if anyone has rejected
the comment for technical concerns with our proposed solution, we would be
particularly
interested in hearing back from them.
