[STDS-802-16] fast power control processing time
Could someone tell me why there is a constraint of 200 us for the SS to
apply the fast power control message in OFDM, whereas there seems to be no
such constraint when receiving a RNG-RSP message for instance.
Also, it is not specified from which point these 200 us are counted. Should
it be from the arrival of the last bit of the FPC message, as for the SS
UL-MAP processing time?
